A very thoughtful and kind gentleman took my order over the phone. He made a custom spray, all in red as I requested. He even made some professional suggestions. I didn’t see an all red spray on his website so I just called & the order process was very simple over the phone. You could tell he loves what he does and was willing to put his creative energy to work. He over exceeded my expectations. (Even sent a text photo of the arrangement when he was done:) He expressed our sympathies to the family through his creation and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Gorgeous!! Thank you for bringing a smile to my face. I’ve never used Thomasville Flower Shop before but will definitely use in the future.

Jerry did the most absolutely gorgeous spray for a beloved family member. Even though it was Labor Day weekend he went above and beyond in his customer service. For any of your floral needs you need to call Jerry.

I needed a nice spray for my father's homegoing service. I placed an order at another flower shop only to have the manager contact me back and cancel my order. I immediately got online and looked up the flower shops near me. Thomasville Flower Shop & Flower Delivery came up. I went to this shop and I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness. It took me about 20 minutes to place my order. The spray was delivered to the funeral home a few days later and I was in awe of it. Full of big beautiful red roses, it was absolutely perfect. Got notice UPS had left flowers at garage. Concerned heat from sun would wilt flowers. Called company with my concerns and was more than a bit upset. Questioned why at garage. Happy ending. Recipient found them before sun could impact and stated they were beautiful and she was very pleased at the quality. Received courteous interaction with staff with assurances it would be addressed if flowers became wilted.

The son of my high school best friend (who abandoned me when she got married and moved to Georgia shortly after we graduated 65 years ago) passed away. I wanted to do something to make her smile. I had made a lucky Google guess a couple of years ago when I chose the Thomasville Flower Shop to send her flowers. You don’t mess with success!! I called, the very nice gentleman assured me they would get a beautiful arrangement to her today. She lives about 20 miles from them so their $20 delivery charge was a bargain! Less than 3 hours later I received a text from her with a picture of a gorgeous bouquet!!! You guys really outdid yourselves!!! Thank you sooooo much! You delivered a much-need bright spot to her. I appreciate you and thank you, thank you, thank you!! You’ll be hearing from me, on happier occasions I hope.

Thomasville Flower Shop has delivered for me a couple of times now. Both times the delivery was more difficult than it should have been (because of the recipient, not the delivery service). Thomasville Flower Shop went out of their way on both occasions to make sure that the delivery was made, without charging extra and without sacrificing the quality of their product, which is outstanding. They stayed in contact with me and communicated effectively to ensure that everyone was happy. I could not be more satisfied with the product or the service, and I will use them for any flower delivery that I need in this area.
